MileApp offers flexible, tiered pricing to accommodate businesses of all sizes. Our Free plan includes 1,000 tasks per month and is ideal for small teams or those just getting started. The Pro plan, at IDR 2,500,000 per month, includes 2,500 tasks with the ability to purchase additional tasks at IDR 1,000 per task. For enterprise-scale needs, we offer custom pricing with unlimited tasks, vehicles, and automation scenarios.
All plans include unlimited users and full access to our core features, including route optimization, real-time tracking, digital proof of delivery, and mobile apps. The key differences lie in task volume, automation capabilities, and access to enterprise features like professional services and SLA guarantees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to suit your business needs, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and direct debit for enterprise customers. For annual subscriptions, we also offer invoicing options with flexible payment terms. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes! You have complete flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll immediately gain access to additional features and higher task limits. If you downgrade, the changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Any unused tasks or features will be adjusted accordingly, and we'll prorate your billing to ensure you only pay for what you use.
What happens if I exceed my task limit?
On the Free plan, you won't be able to create additional tasks once you've reached your monthly limit of 1,000 tasks. On the Pro plan, you can purchase additional tasks at IDR 1,000 per task, allowing you to scale as needed without interrupting your operations. Enterprise customers enjoy unlimited tasks, so there's no need to worry about limits. You'll receive notifications as you approach your task limit, giving you time to upgrade or purchase additional capacity.
What's included in the Enterprise plan?
The Enterprise plan is designed for large organizations with complex operational needs. It includes everything in the Pro plan, plus unlimited tasks, vehicles, automation scenarios, and data sources. You'll also get dedicated professional services to help with implementation and optimization, a guaranteed SLA for uptime and support, priority access to new features, and a dedicated customer success manager. We work closely with enterprise customers to customize the platform to their specific workflows and integration requirements.
Is MileApp available internationally?
Yes, MileApp is available globally and supports multiple languages and currencies. While our pricing examples are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), we can accommodate pricing in your local currency for international customers.
